Janie E. Weyerbacher, age 61, passed away on July 2, 2014, at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee. She was born on January 22, 1953.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Thomas) Deakle, of Davenport, Florida; grandchildren, Alec Logan and Aubrey Carole; son, Robert (Julie) of Pleasant Shade, Tennessee, and Julie’s son, Keegan; son, Joseph (Robin) of New Harmony, Indiana, and Robin’s son, Zeke; brother, Ralph David (Marilee) Shore; and several nieces and nephews in Indiana.
Janie was preceded in death by her mother, Aubrey Bracken; father, Alvin Shipley; and brother, Greg Shore.
A beloved mother and grandmother, Janie had been a resident of Florida for the past eleven years, and was a former resident of New Harmony, Indiana. She was retired from Diamond Concessions of Alabama, Country Cottage Restaurant of New Harmony, and the Silver Bell restaurant of St. Wendel. She was a Boy Scout Leader, Sunday School teacher with the United Methodist Church, and Queen of the Chatty Red Hatters of Kissimmee, Florida.
